Ethiopia's national digital linkage platform established under Proclamation No. 1298/2023 to bridge academia, research institutes, TVET, and industries for innovation, employability, and sustainable economic growth.
About HETRIIL
The Ministry of Education established the National HETRIIL Council and organizational structure for the effective implementation of Proclamation No. 1298/2023.
This structure consists of five Branch Linkage Coordination Offices, six Sectoral Industry Linkage Forums, HEIs, TVET institutions, research bodies, a linkage advisory board, and partner offices to foster collaboration among governmental and non-governmental institutions nationwide.
