The Jimma Zone Water and Energy Office (along with specialized irrigation, pastoralist, and agricultural development bureaus) is responsible for managing water resources, promoting small-scale irrigation, and enhancing food security in the Jimma Zone of Oromia, Ethiopia. It drives agricultural productivity by improving irrigation schemes, managing water users' associations, and increasing water access.
