The Sheger City Land Administration Office, serving the 12 sub-cities and 36 districts of the city surrounding Addis Ababa, manages urban land development based on Oromia regional policies. The central administration seat is in the Saris area of Addis Ababa, operating under the Ethiopian state’s land tenure framework.
