Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC) is a government‑owned public enterprise in Ethiopia established in December 2014 G.C. (2007 E.C.) with the mandate to advance the country’s industrialization by developing, managing, and operating industrial parks and special economic zones. The corporation operates in the industrial infrastructure and manufacturing support sector, facilitating sectors such as textiles and garments, agro-processing, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and light manufacturing. IPDC provides serviced industrial land, pre-built factory sheds with utilities, and integrated infrastructure while offering one-stop-shop services in partnership with institutions like the Ethiopian Investment Commission, customs, immigration, and utilities authorities to simplify investment procedures.
