United Beverages Share Company is a prominent, Addis Ababa-based brewery founded in 2016 (operating from 2019) that produces Anbessa Beer and 7 beer in Ethiopia. Formed by Ethiopian and foreign partners (including Mauritius-based United Africa Beverages), it focuses on high-quality, modern, locally-sourced production to serve the Ethiopian market. The company operates a high-capacity bottling plant in Modjo, initially designed with a brewing capacity of 1.6 million hectoliters.
