Awash National Park, situated in the Afar Region, is among Ethiopia's oldest and most remarkable national parks. Established in 1966, it spans roughly 850 square kilometers. The park boasts breathtaking landscapes, featuring acacia woodlands, grasslands, and the dramatic gorge of the Awash River.
