The Mesob Flour Factory, located in Adigrat Town, was originally designed to produce 80 tons of flour per day at its full capacity. However, its production has now decreased to below 50% due to various challenges, including power interruptions, scarcity of raw materials, and an unstable marketing system that affects overall output.
